Returns & Refund Policy

This policy explains your rights to cancel an order and obtain a refund from REPLACE_WITH_REGISTERED_ENTITY (operator of kamagra4uk.com). It is designed to be consistent with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. 14-day cancellation period

2. Medicine-specific exception

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, medicines and other sealed health products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for cancellation or return once unsealed. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, out of date, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at REPLACE_WITH_SUPPORT_INBOX with your order number and (where possible) a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including standard delivery costs.

4. Non-delivery

If your order has not arrived within the maximum timeframe set out in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend the order or issue a full refund.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or your evidence of a valid claim. We may reduce a refund to reflect any handling of returnable goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.

6. Return shipping

Where you cancel a returnable item, you are responsible for the cost of returning it unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please obtain proof of postage.

7. How to make a claim
